Haircuts For Those In Need is a Buffalo-based 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 2018. We believe in providing dignity, unconditional care, and a fresh start—no prerequisites or questions asked.

Currently, our dedicated volunteers provide 80 to 120+ free haircuts and protective braids every month to unhoused individuals and ALICE families (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) across the Buffalo Niagara region.

Your support keeps our chairs running today while building our future. Donations directly offset our immediate operational costs and fuel our capital campaign for a custom Mobile Service Unit. This unit will allow us to reach people living on the streets throughout Western New York, offering professional hair services, essential scalp care, and a private shower area to support hygiene and skin health.

We believe a haircut is just the beginning. Our mission is to uplift the mental well-being of our community because, "Cause when you look good, you feel good—and when you feel good, the opportunities are endless!"

Haircuts For Those In Need is looking for sponsors to help us continue our mission of free hair care to those that are experiencing homelessness or financial hardship. We serve all people without question, ad by becoming our Sponsor of the Month you'll make a significant difference in the mental and physical well-being of the people we serve.

A minimum donation of $500 will help us cover the costs of at least two events, including supplies, transportation, and other operational expenses. Your sponsorship will allow us to help more people in need of our services and support our growth as we work towards our goal of acquiring a mobile haircutting and shower trailer.

In return for your generous contribution, we will feature your business name and contact information on our social media and website for the entire month. Showcasing your commitment to community outreach is a great way to connect with a wider audience who values social responsibility.
